2019/2020 President Cory Rehard passes the gavel to 2020/2021 President Jeff Neidig. Even a pandemic didn’t keep the Newcomerstown Rotary Club from continuing to help the community. The Club is looking forward to our future ventures. If you would like to help your community and join a local Service Club, consider The Rotary Club. We would be glad to have new members and new ideas for future projects. |
2017 Gateway to Fall FestivalOur club participated in the 1st annual Gateway to Fall Festival in Newcomerstown. We provided helium balloons to the kids and had 2 yard games for them to participate in. Thanks to everyone for participating in and supporting this project. |

Library LandscapingRotarians cleaned up the landscaping and applied fresh mulch with the help of local Boy Scouts.

For $30 you can have the flag displayed during 6 holidays during the year. Rotary will own the flag, and we will store the flag when not in use. Books for the LibraryJennifer Coventry, Youth Services Librarian, with a new batch of children's books donated to the Newcomerstown Library by The Rotary Club of Newcomerstown. This brings the total to 90 children's books that Rotary has donated.

Group Study Exchange (GSE) Team VisitFour Newcomerstown Rotarians joined the Millersburg Club and host club, Sugarcreek at Dutch Valley Restaurant to meet the GSE Team from Japan and to hear a presentation about their visit and their home country.

Cy Young Youth League Bleachers Get Much Needed RepairA Rotary community project was completed when Rotarians replaced boards on the ballfield bleachers. Several boards were removed last Fall in preparation for the new boards. Additional work will be done this coming Fall to paint the boards and steel frames. **see photo album for more pictures**

Rotary Blood CheckRotarians and members from our newly formed Interact Club joined forces to guide community members through the registration and blood draw process at our Community Blood Check Event. Sheriff Deputy and K-9 Visit Our ClubPhil Valdez and his K-9 partner, Aron, visited our club. Phil explained what Aron is able to do and the additional services he ads to the Tuscarawas County Sheriff's Office.
