Amanda Perkins and Kelsie Hinds are the 2013 recipients of Newcomerstown Rotary Scholarships.
Amanda is the daughter of Brent and Debra Perkins and will be attending Morehead State University.
Kelsie is the daughter of Kevin and Gladys Hinds and will be attending Lake Land College.
