The Rotary Club of Newcomerstown is proud to present scholarships to Newcomerstown High School 2012 graduates Kaitlyn Hinds and Kelsey McCune.
Kaitlyn is the daughter of Kevin & Gladys Hinds and will attending Ohio State University studying agriculture. Kelsey is the daughter of Beth McCune and will be pursuing a degree in Biology from Walsh University.
