Rotary 4-Way Speech Winners

The Newcomerstown High School Rotary 4-Way Speech Contest winners presented their speeches to the Rotary Club. The winner of the judged contest held previously was Sienna Brown (middle). Runner up was Ellie Hall (left). They are pictured with their high school english teacher, Rachael Bowers.
